The Walsh Group is seeking Safety Interns for projects in the Northeast region. This 12-week program prepares you for leadership positions on and off the jobsite, with opportunities to travel across the United States and gain hands-on experience in project engineering and field management.

You will work with on-site safety staff, participate in field walks, and learn multiple career paths, with potential for full-time employment after graduation. Bachelor's degree students encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-week schedule preferred.
• Some roles may require relocation; relocation eligibility includes a living allowance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field safety walks.
• Assist safety manager with new employee safety orientations.
• Complete accident and incident reports.
• Oversee safety and health on company jobsites.
• Coordinate safety programs with subcontractors and ensure policy adherence.
