FlatironDragados in Concord, California invites you to join our 2027 Intern Program as a Safety Intern. You will work under supervision to support the safety program, learn construction safety practices, scheduling, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.

The role focuses on documentation, incident reporting, investigations, and coordination with safety staff on multiple activities, while embracing the company's values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor or master degree in Safety or related major from an accredited university.
• Demonstrates initiative, strong judgment and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Report and track orientations, training, audits, incident reports, and related documents.
• Assist in reporting incidents/accidents and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with safety personnel for investigations and reports.
• Order safety supplies as required.
• Coordinate safety events and prepare routine correspondence.
• Support project-based work and learn Flatiron's values.
