Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a safety-focused intern to assist in administering the accident prevention program at an Everett location. You will help develop safety-related initiatives, perform jobsite inspections, and support training sessions to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.

The role emphasizes communication, mentorship, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-production environment. Travel and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Safety or Occupational Health.
• Field of Study: Safety or Occupational Health undergraduate program.
• Strong communication, teaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering the accident prevention program.
• Help develop and implement safety-related programs.
• Conduct and document jobsite inspections and training sessions.
• Support regulatory inspections and investigations for compliance.
