USA Cargo LLC is seeking a Safety Manager / HR Specialist for an in-office role in Paterson, NJ. The position combines DOT/FMCSA safety compliance with driver hiring and HR responsibilities to support our growing trucking operation.

Eligible candidates should be fluent in English and Russian, with a basic understanding of relevant regulations. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across safety and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Russian (required).
• Basic understanding of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations.
• Familiarity with trucking operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety procedures
• Monitor driver logs, safety scores, violations, and insurance status
• Communicate with drivers regarding safety and daily operations
• Manage driver recruiting and hiring process
• Handle onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintain safety records and assist with audits
