Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct, and track safety training and events.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Partner with managers to onboard new employees and deliver orientation and safety training.
• Maintain and report environmental, OSHA, and health and safety information.
• Ensure accurate and compliant employee and applicant documentation.
• Manage employee benefits, including eligibility and enrollment.

Skills

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
