The role handles onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and HR reporting in a multi-entity environment, with regular office hours and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading end-to-end payroll administration.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Benefits administration experience preferred.
• Sales/commissions payroll administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll administration and serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.
• Own onboarding and offboarding tasks, including new hire setup and changes.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal and state retention requirements.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage deductions.
• Support recruiting, employee relations, and HR reporting with the HR Manager.
