Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking a Safety Education and Training Specialist to develop and deliver safety programs across construction sites. The role requires crafting engaging educational content and coordinating onboarding for new team members, ensuring alignment with the Company Safety and Health Management System.

You will lead safety training sessions, assess learning outcomes, and report on training effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
• 3 to 10+ years of experience with safety and health in the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver safety education and training content for the Company Safety and Health Management System.
• Create, modify, and roll out training content to align with practices to enhance safety knowledge and skills.
• Conduct new hire and site safety onboarding including drug testing and orientation material delivery.
• Execute safety training programs using in-person, online, or blended formats.
