Job summary

HellermannTyton Corporation is seeking an EHS Specialist to support the EHS program, develop and deliver training, and investigate workplace hazards. You will assist with audits and maintain documentation while supporting a culture of safety across the Milwaukee area.

The role demands strong communication, analysis, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple facilities and adapt to a 24-hour operation environment.

Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Familiarity with federal, provincial and local environmental regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support OSHA compliance programs for multiple facilities.
• Conduct JHA/JRA and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Facilitate audits and maintain SDS, safety policies and documentation.
• Coordinate inspections of safety equipment and spill response kits.
• Lead safety committee meetings and promote safety culture.
• Provide administrative support to the EHS department.
