Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a safety-focused Process Operator to support Sparta operations. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and help maintain a clean, efficient work environment throughout the year.

Ideal candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, able to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions, and comfortable with industrial settings. You will follow all safety policies and contribute to quality and TPM tasks while supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior plant/industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• MSHA knowledge or mining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and related systems.
• Monitor control boards and adjust operations per procedures.
• Inspect the work area before starting operations.
• Start up and shut down equipment safely per SOPs.
• Perform rail loading and material handling as needed.
• Assist with basic process troubleshooting and equipment adjustments.
• Support quality and production standards through monitoring and documentation.
• Perform cleanup, housekeeping, and plant support duties.
• Assist with preventative maintenance or TPM tasks.
