Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Equipment Operator in North America, responsible for operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks for paving, grading and material placement. Daily inspections, safety and environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance are key expectations.

You will load materials, move earth, and assist with related duties, while adhering to all PPE requirements and site safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimun of one year of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write; valid driver’s license; follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks) to load trucks and move materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and keep equipment clean and orderly.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Load material into bins, crushers, trucks or plant; move earth or materials as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety policies and practices in all work environments.
