QXO in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Delivery Helper to work with Drivers delivering building materials to homes and jobsites. You will verify orders, help load and unload, and support safe, accurate deliveries while delivering friendly service.

This role emphasizes safety, physical endurance, and teamwork outdoors in varying weather. Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist Drivers with safe, efficient delivery of building materials to customer homes, businesses, and construction jobsites.
• Safely load, unload, carry, and position building materials using proper material-handling techniques and equipment.
• Verify order contents and quantities before loading and delivery to help ensure order accuracy.
• Assist Drivers with preparing and securing loads for safe transportation.
• Help assess jobsite conditions and identify potential hazards before unloading materials.
