Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Construction Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety at our Hermiston site. You will handle interior and exterior cleaning, waste disposal, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic experience in construction cleaning, and a willingness to learn facility-specific procedures. PPE must be worn on site to protect workers and the environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar role preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on facility-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the site, interior and exterior areas.
• Conduct cleaning operations in compliance with local laws, federal regulations, and environmental standards.
• Remove tools, equipment, and surplus materials from cleanroom and dry room areas.
• Dispose of non-hazardous waste adhering to CCS standards and environmental regulations.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE on site (steel-toe shoes, high‑visibility vest, hard hat, safety glasses).
