The role requires OSHA 10, experience with cleaning and material handling, and the ability to work with project teams to meet schedules. Lifting up to 50 pounds and operating cleaning equipment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 is required for site work.
• Construction or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.
• Experience operating scissor lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and final cleaning of project sites, cleanrooms, and controlled environments.
• Remove dust, debris, and construction materials from work areas.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and other surfaces using approved procedures.
• Perform material handling activities.
• Follow project-specific cleaning protocols and safety requirements.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with containment setup, waste removal, and site organization.
• Maintain accurate cleaning documentation when required.
• Adhere to company safety policies and client site requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to support project schedules and deadlines.
