Hodess Cleanrooms is seeking a Protocol Cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and compliant work environments on construction sites and cleanrooms. You will perform specialized cleaning during and after construction to ensure spaces meet quality and cleanliness standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with project teams to support schedules and deadlines. OSHA 10 certification is required and scissor lift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Experience in cleaning, construction, or labor preferred but not required.
• Scissor lift experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and final cleaning of project sites, cleanrooms, and controlled environments.
• Remove dust, debris, and construction materials from work areas.
• Clean floors, walls, ceilings, equipment, and other surfaces using approved procedures.
• Perform material handling activities.
• Follow project-specific cleaning protocols and safety requirements.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Assist with containment setup, waste removal, and site organization.
• Maintain accurate cleaning documentation when required.
• Adhere to company safety policies and client site requirements.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to support project schedules and deadlines.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform construction and final cleaning of project sites, cleanrooms, and controlled environments.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
