Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead safe, efficient warehouse operations in our Georgia facility. You will oversee inventory, receiving, and shipment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment while upholding our safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse or operations experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Contractors, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/operations experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-department tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and truck stock inventory, returns, purchasing, warranty claims, and materials handling.
• Interface with Sales Reps, Contractors and regional technicians.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations per company policies.
• Plan layouts and inspect equipment to maintain safe, efficient warehouse areas.
• Complete SAP transactions to record inventory at HUB location.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety procedures.
• Ensure accurate inventory through cycle counts and location tagging.
• Oversee receipt and storage of finished goods and ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant work environment and proper storage of goods.
