Job summary

WillScot in Jacksonville, FL, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment where safety is critical. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on on-time readiness and quality.

You will drive safety culture, manage work orders, inventory, and vendor relations, and implement Lean initiatives to improve performance. 5+ years supervisory experience and SAP invoicing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean fundamentals experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office/Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have SAP invoicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WillScot safety, transportation, and environmental policies.
• Lead and coach production team; coordinate with vendors.
• Focus on on-time readiness and first-time quality.
• Manage work orders, inspections, inventory, and parts.
• Analyze root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Note: duties may include additional responsibilities as needed.
