Job summary

WillScot in Tampa, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You will drive safety initiatives, manage work orders, inventories, and performance reviews, and partner with maintenance and shipping to meet production targets while continuously improving first-time quality.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Lean fundamentals in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office/Outlook and SAP invoicing.
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to create a safe, cost-effective work environment and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety policies are followed and daily safety meetings conducted.
• Oversees operations, coordinates with vendors, and drives safety improvements.
• Manages work orders, inventory counts, and parts distribution.
• Monitors performance, reviews weekly results, and refines strategies.
• Ensures on-time, quality readiness and first-time quality improvements.
