Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handler or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse).
• Military experience with honorable discharge or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx Safety Above All Culture and supports related initiatives.
• Hires, coaches, trains, recognizes and evaluates staff performance.
• Plans, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyzes performance and develops action plans to improve metrics.
• Leads daily meetings for workforce communication and updates.
• Participates in employee relations and safety program administration.
• Resolves customer service issues and ensures policy compliance.
