Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities and a staff focused on safe, efficient package sortation. You’ll oversee hiring, coaching, training and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with FXG policies and regulations.

You will analyze operations, drive improvements, and lead regular staff briefings. The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and a commitment to safety across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FedEx Safety Above All culture and manage day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and develop staff including hiring, coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Direct daily operations to ensure safe and efficient package sortation and cost control.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements using data and reports.
• Lead meetings and communicate updates and goals to staff.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies and safety requirements.
