Job summary

PFG Specialty in Orlando is seeking a senior environmental, safety and health professional to develop and administer safety programs overseeing environmental and fleet safety, OSHA compliance, and disaster readiness. The role includes managing workers' compensation and related claims while ensuring a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in safety leadership, a relevant degree, and supervisory experience, with a focus on continuous safety improvements and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Environmental Management, OSH, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement environmental, fleet safety, and OSH programs.
• Ensure legal compliance and a safe working environment.
• Manage claims and facility security and disaster preparedness planning.
• Monitor safety programs and drive continuous improvement.
