Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in field safety in heavy civil construction.
• Certified Health & Safety Technician (CHST) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce HSE program.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Prepare reports on safety activities.
• Conduct safety orientations and training.

Skills

Field safety experience

Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Excellent communication skills

Office 365 proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field
