Qualifications

• Fluency across Prioritization and Python for tooling and automation.
• Solid Microservices grounding with Docker you can pick up quickly.
• Hands-on Docker experience that survives a whiteboard interview.

Responsibilities

• Tune Microservices queries until the LA database stops timing out under load.
• Build Docker self-service tools so Monroe teams stop filing tickets for everything.
• Build the Python tooling that makes every other Monroe engineer faster.
• Pull React telemetry into dashboards Public Policy Institute leaders actually open.
• Re-architect the technology flow so Prioritization handles ten times Monroe's current load.
• Ship incremental improvements to Public Policy Institute's Monroe platform on a regular cadence.
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Monroe, LA and remote teams.
