XLI seeks a Safety Engineer to lead safety programs on complex job sites, partnering with the Director of Safety and Risk Management to prevent accidents and injuries and to deliver high-quality construction work.
The role requires 7–10 years of field construction experience at the foreman level or above, plus 3–5 years in construction safety, and an Associate degree in Environmental Health & Safety (CSP a plus). Strong communication and independent problem-solving are essential.
