Schneider Electric is seeking a Safety Engineer to strengthen our EHS programs at a U.S. site. You will assist in deploying policies, drive improvement initiatives, and lead prevention-focused projects to reduce workplace incidents and costs.

As a Safety Engineer at Schneider Electric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a robust Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) department for our rapidly expanding Modular Data Center Business. In this dynamic environment, you will support the development and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs by assisting in the resolution of safety issues and driving improvement initiatives. This role helps deploy EHS policies and standards across the organization and leads prevention-focused projects aimed at reducing workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and associated costs.
This is an onsite role reporting to the Plant Manager. During the initial training phase, you will work a standard Monday–Friday schedule. After training, EHS has coverage from Monday–Thursday 6:30 pm – 4:30 am.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
