As a Safety Engineer at Schneider Electric, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a robust Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) department for our rapidly expanding Modular Data Center Business. In this dynamic environment, you will support the development and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs by assisting in the resolution of safety issues and driving improvement initiatives. This role helps deploy EHS policies and standards across the organization and leads prevention‑focused projects aimed at reducing workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and associated costs.
This is an onsite role reporting to the EHS Manager and supporting our West Chester, OH facility. During the initial training phase, you will work a standard Monday–Friday schedule. After training, EHS has coverage from Mondays - Saturdays so your schedule will be determined by the EHS team.
