  • Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness across OSHA (29 CFR 1910), EPA, NFPA, and applicable state/local requirements—including audits, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Identify and control risk at the source through inspections, hazard assessments, JHAs/risk assessments, and proactive partnership on equipment installs/expansions to incorporate safe design and engineering controls.
  • Respond to and prevent incidents by leading investigations (root cause analysis), implementing corrective/preventive actions, delivering safety training, and supporting emergency preparedness and response activities.
What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing safety experience, including hands-on OSHA compliance and practical application of general industry standards.
