Eurest, the leading on-site dining provider, seeks a Safety and EHS Manager to reduce claims and injuries by delivering safety support across local units. You will train staff, conduct site visits, implement policies, and ensure client and regulatory compliance through regular meetings and on-site support.

The role requires extensive travel to multiple campus sites, strong OSHA knowledge, and the ability to lead loss-prevention programs while maintaining safety across all facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations, cost and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and state/federal standards.
• Promote ongoing safety awareness programs in units.
• Train managers on safe work practices and safety materials.
• Monitor and report on safety metrics and injury trends.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes to minimize absence.
