WebstaurantStore is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee the health and safety program at the assigned location. The role will deploy the organization's EHS management system and strategy to drive continuous improvements while training and empowering employees to foster a strong safety culture.

This position requires knowledge of operations protocols and OSHA regulations, with 2-5+ years of safety experience. You will supervise safety staff and coordinate with leadership to meet safety goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in safety management or related field.
• Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead and train staff in safety programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain company-wide EHS management system and programs.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop safety training programs and maintain records.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and conduct safety audits.
• Foster a positive safety culture and employee engagement.
