Job summary

Dow seeks a Safety Compliance Lead to advance EH&S programs at our Fort Saskatchewan site. You will monitor compliance, perform risk assessments, and help implement safety protocols in collaboration with plant teams.

You will support the Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero initiative and drive progress toward net-zero and sustainable operations. 3+ years in EH&S is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of EH&S, OH&S, or similar field experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; visa support not provided.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following structured processes and best practices.
• Integrates environmental, health, and safety standards into plant operations.
• Acts as a resource for EH&S insights and compliance information.
• Serves as the designated contact for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns.
• Trains and supports teams in EH&S protocol implementation.
• Works toward EH&S performance indicators and goals.
• Ensures completion of safety and regulatory compliance activities.
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, data analysis and reporting.
