Job summary

Dow seeks a Safety Compliance Lead for Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada, to ensure EH&S compliance and foster a safety-first culture. You will monitor requirements, assess risks, and partner with teams to implement safety protocols as part of the P2Z initiative.

You will guide environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, train staff, and help achieve site performance goals while supporting net-zero and sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of EH&S, OH&S, or similar experience.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada; visa support not available.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following established processes and best practices.
• Ensures standards are integrated into plant operations to meet objectives.
• Acts as the EH&S resource for plant staff and inquiries.
• Trains teams in EH&S protocols and supports performance targets.
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, data analysis, and reporting.
