Job summary

Dow is seeking a Safety Compliance Lead to join our Fort Saskatchewan team, directing Environmental Health & Safety programs and compliance across plant operations. You will monitor, assess, and implement EH&S protocols while supporting our Path2Zero initiatives and net-zero commitments.

You will train staff, serve as the environmental concerns contact, and drive safety performance indicators through structured processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Executes EH&S programs following structured processes and best practices
• Ensures environmental, health, and safety standards are integrated into plant operations
• Acts as the EH&S resource for plant staff and compliance information
• Serves as the designated contact for environmental and industrial hygiene concerns
• Trains and supports teams in EH&S protocols
• Works toward achieving EH&S performance indicators and goals
• Ensures completion of safety and regulatory compliance activities
• Conducts environmental and industrial hygiene assessments, monitoring, data analysis, and reporting
