Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and quality systems.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly production employees on assigned shift
• Drive a strong safety culture, including LOTO, PPE, and safe work practices
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and employee performance
• Monitor production metrics including throughput, yields, efficiencies, and downtime
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and HR teams to achieve plant objectives
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate production documentation and operational reporting
