Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles is required.
• Certification programs or an Associate’s degree in related areas are acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Ability to train and develop staff while adhering to FXG policies and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Hire, terminate, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff performance.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe, efficient sortation and movement of packages.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvements, and execute action plans.
• Lead daily meetings, communicate goals, and speak publicly to audiences as needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and training requirements, including dock safety.
