Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead a team and inspire vision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data interpretation.

• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance and discipline.
• Plan and control day-to-day operations and staff assignments.
• Ensure safe, efficient sortation and cost control; coordinate with linehaul as needed.
