Job summary

Savage, a global provider of supply chain infrastructure and logistics, is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery at the Citgo Lake Charles Refinery in Louisiana. You will move, stockpile, and load material, and perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections.

This role requires extensive experience with large equipment, ability to pass refinery entry standards, and a commitment to safety, environmental, health, and security programs. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating large pieces of heavy equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to move, stockpile, and load material onto trucks.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Report maintenance issues and support safety and environmental programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and support reliability of operations.
