Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety/health, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years construction safety experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 2+ years budgeting or financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage and drive environmental, health and safety programs and initiatives.
• Measure EH&S metrics and provide timely analytics.
• Support Worker’s Compensation claims with Risk and Insurance teams.
• Lead Drug and Alcohol program per policy.
• Design and conduct EH&S training for regional teams.
• Lead investigation teams for serious safety matters.
• Collaborate with nationwide safety professionals on trends and input.
• Own prequalification platforms (ISNET, Construct Secure) and coordinate with client solutions partners.
