Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
A well-established heavy civil construction company is seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and enhance company-wide safety initiatives across earthwork, utilities, demolition, and paving operations.
This leadership role will oversee safety programs, OSHA/MSHA compliance, employee training, jobsite inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement efforts. The Safety Director will work closely with executive leadership, project teams, and field personnel to build a strong safety culture and ensure best practices are followed throughout the organization.
