• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including manuals and incident reports.
• Lead the safety committee and foster collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• 1. Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.


• 2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure safety equipment is in good working order, and ensure safety procedures are being followed.

• 7. Continuously monitor and analyze safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• 8. Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety manuals, training materials, and incident reports.


• 9. Lead the safety committee and foster a collaborative approach to safety across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor's degree in safety management or a related field.


• 2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in safety leadership.


• 3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification is preferred.


• 4. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety best practices.


• 5. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs.


• 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey safety information to employees at all levels of the organization.


• 7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze safety data and identify trends.
