AtTAG Trans, we pride ourselves on being a fast-growing, forward-thinking transportation company with a commitment to safety, service, and driver satisfaction. We are seeking a highly motivatedSafety Directorto lead and improve our safety and compliance program across our expanding fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all safety, compliance, and risk management policies and procedures
• Ensure full compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, OSHA, and company standards
• Develop and manage training programs for drivers and staff
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and violations and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and internal reporting
• Lead a team of safety personnel and collaborate with dispatch, HR, and operations
• Monitor and analyze safety data and trends to proactively reduce risk
• Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a safety or compliance leadership role within trucking/transportation
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with safety software and ELD systems is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
