Kent Companies is seeking a Safety Coordinator for its National Data Center & Advanced Manufacturing division. You will promote safety culture, collaborate with field teams, and ensure consistent safety compliance across divisions to create an incident-free environment.

The role requires leading safety programs, conducting inspections, and coordinating with project teams. Travel is frequent, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in environmental safety & health or 3-5 years of safety experience in construction.
• OSHA 500, CSMC, or Construction Safety Site Technician Certification or equivalent safety cert.
• OSHA 510 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and update safety rules and SOPs; convey changes to field and safety team.
• Lead and participate in safety events, stand-downs, and trainings.
• Review injury and near-miss investigations; verify corrective actions.
• Implement Toolbox Talks addressing incidents or hazards.
• Perform and document job site inspections and safety reports.
• Support/workers' compensation/auto accident/ property damage claims; assist Return-to-Work program.
