Qualifications

• Must have current safety training credentials (First Aid/CPR, AED, etc.).
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to train groups.
• Ability to work with Miller Electric personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide techniques to reduce hazards and unsafe behaviors.
• Plan and conduct safety surveys and project risk analyses.
• Maintain safety manual and train staff.
• Coordinate safety training and promote safety awareness.
• Assist with accident investigations and records.
• Support safety program execution with field supervision.
• Assist in safe placement and job assignments.
• Contribute to safety-related admin tasks.
