Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety across electrical trades on project sites. You will conduct safety audits, enforce procedures, and respond to incidents to maintain a high safety standard.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, experience with electrical trades safety, and active OSHA 10/30 certification (OSHA 500 preferred). This traveling position offers per diem and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules applicable to construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen on job sites.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
