Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety across electrical trades on each assigned job site. You will conduct safety audits, enforce procedures, and coordinate with site leadership to prevent incidents.

The role requires extensive OSHA knowledge, ability to lead teams, and current OSHA 10/30 certification; OSHA 500 preferred. Travel will be required to multiple sites with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations for construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen on active sites.
• Strong ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
