Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety for electrical trades on each job site they support. You will conduct safety audits, enforce procedures, and respond to accidents or incidents to ensure a safe working environment.

Applicants should have extensive OSHA knowledge for construction, be able to lead and motivate staff, and hold OSHA 10/30 certification (OSHA 500 preferred). Per diem and competitive wages are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
