Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to supervise electrical job-site safety, perform audits, and coordinate corrective actions after incidents. The role requires strong OSHA knowledge and hands-on leadership to ensure compliance across sites.

Responsibilities include inspecting sites, guiding crews on safety procedures, and documenting investigations. Travel is expected to support multiple projects with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10/30 certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
