Job summary

Amteck seeks Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee electrical trades safety on each job site, conduct safety audits, and take action on accidents and incidents. You will contribute to a high‑standard safety culture that has earned a Diamond ABC rating and milestone hours without lost time injury.

The role requires OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification with OSHA 500 preferred; travel across job sites will be routine, and a per diem is offered along with medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff in safety procedures.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
