Job summary

Amteck in Texas is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they support and to perform safety audits and take appropriate action for any accidents or incidents.

The role requires extensive knowledge of OSHA construction rules, current OSHA 10/30 certifications (OSHA 500 preferred), and the ability to lead, influence, and motivate workers to follow safety procedures across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.
