Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee safety on electrical job sites and conduct audits to prevent incidents. This role requires strong leadership, excellent knowledge of OSHA rules for construction, and the ability to drive safety improvements across projects.

The Traveling Safety Coordinators will support multiple sites, ensure compliance, and implement corrective actions as needed. OSHA certifications are mandatory with OSHA 500 preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Experience overseeing safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff on safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of all electrical trades on each job site assigned.
• Perform safety audits and correct unsafe conditions.
• Take appropriate action for accidents and/or incidents that occur at sites.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
• Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
• Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred
