Job summary

Amteck is hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support, as well as perform safety audits and take appropriate action for accidents and incidents that occur.

We offer competitive wages and per diem, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company contribution, Paid Time Off and 8 paid holidays. OSHA 10/30 required; OSHA 500 preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction.
• Experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen.
• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures.
• Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each job site assigned to the Safety Coordinator.
• Perform safety audits and take appropriate corrective action for accidents and incidents.
• Support the safety department with ongoing safety initiatives and improvements.

We are currently hiring Traveling Safety Coordinators to join our team. Our Safety Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the safety of all electrical trades on each job site they are assigned to support as well as perform safety audits and take the appropriate course of action for any accidents and/or incidents that occur.
