Job summary

Aldridge Electric seeks a Safety Engineer (Drilling) to travel and lead safety initiatives within the Foundations and Drilling team. The role blends consultative support with hands-on program delivery to foster an Incident and Injury Free culture across regional operations.

You will conduct training, site inspections, risk assessments, and coordinate with management to maintain OSHA compliance. Bachelor’s in OS&H and travel readiness are required, with a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work across geographic regions.
• Knowledge of construction safety, OSHA requirements, and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote and steward the Incident and Injury Free culture.
• Lead safety initiatives, training, and toolbox talks on job sites.
• Conduct safety orientations and site inspections for hazards.
• Coordinate safety preplans and risk assessments with management.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner and investigate incidents.
